1. Who we are

MarklyticsAI provides marketing analytics software that connects Meta Ads data with WhatsApp CRM enquiries. This policy explains what we do with personal data when you visit this website and when your organisation uses the platform.

2. Data you give us on this website

When you contact us we receive the name, work email, company, phone number and message you choose to send. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether MarklyticsAI is a fit for your organisation.

3. Data inside the platform

When your organisation uses MarklyticsAI, it uploads campaign exports and CRM enquiry exports. These may contain customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry history. Your organisation is the controller of that data. MarklyticsAI processes it on your organisation's instructions, to provide reporting and analytics inside your workspace.

4. How we use data

• To operate, secure and support the platform.
• To match advertising records to enquiry records so attribution reports can be produced.
• To respond to sales and support requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace data to advertise to your customers.

5. Storage and isolation

Workspace data is stored in a managed cloud database. Each workspace is isolated using tenant scoping and row level security so that one customer's records are not returned to another. Uploaded files are stored in private storage under a tenant-scoped path.

6. Retention

Workspace data is retained for as long as your organisation maintains an active account. On termination, data is deleted or returned according to the terms agreed with your organisation. Website enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and our business records.

7. Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, database, authentication and file storage. Your organisation's data is transmitted to and from Meta and your WhatsApp CRM provider through exports that your organisation controls.

8. Cookies and analytics

The platform uses cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as theme and dashboard layout. If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before those scripts are enabled.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that organisation first, as they control the data. You can also write to us and we will route the request appropriately.

10. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, managed authentication, role based access control and append-only audit trails for imports and enquiry history. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask customers to manage their own user invitations and role assignments carefully.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
